If applying in dry conditions remove any surface debris, dirt, dust and any loose chippings or flaking material. After removing surface debris prepare the surface to be treated by repairing all structural faults, filling any cracks and voids with Thompson's Emergency Roof Seal; and level any depressions where ponding may occur.

Apply by brush working the product well into the area to be repaired and ensuring all faulty areas are fully covered. Inspect the repair to ensure adequate coverage and recoat as required at any time.
