Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal is designed to weatherproof and repair large area's of damage. Brush out one coat of Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal filling any cracks and depressions. Where major joint movement may occur use a scrim bandage to reinforce the coating.

For long lasting protection allow 6 hours for the first coat to dry and apply a second coat.
