Cut the tip of the cartridge above the screw head. Screw the nozzle onto the cartridge. Cut end of nozzle at 45° angle to a width matching the gap to be sealed. Fit cartridge into a standard sealant cartridge gun. Apply slowly and evenly at an angle to the repair ensuring that contact is made with both sides of the gap. When joining gutters or panels apply to one surface, then press sections together ensuring a minimum 3mm of sealant is exposed. Smooth applied sealant with a round-ended spatula wetted with a soap solution to ensure good contact and a strong bond.
